Chastisement Chris Butler chastises and mocks his followers on a regular basis. In this particular example he refers to a woman suffering from bulimia, calling her "vomit head" and "shit face". His solution to the problem is to "Get over it." These lectures are not shown to new students. Only when a person meets a certain criteria are they accepted as long-term followers and allowed to learn of Chris Butler's true teachings and character. Bulimia Nervosa is a potentially fatal illness that was first diagnosed in 1979 (26 years prior to this lecture). Bulimia is related to anorexia and can cause serious long-term health problems. Around one in two patients make a full recovery. Butler's answer: "Who cares?"
